welcome to the

Global
Variety Arts
Education
Foundation

Did you know a study by the National Endowment for the Arts found that low-income students involved in arts education are five times more likely to graduate from high school compared to their peers not involved in the arts?

Our Purpose

To elevate the performing arts throughout the global community by connecting teen performers to world-class resources, fostering relationships with peers and mentors, providing creative inspiration, and offering leadership opportunities to excel in their art and in life.

Testimonials

Day Mori spent much of his teen years in a group home to escape domestic violence. “Without the support of this community, I don’t know what I would have become.” Now at just 21, Day works as a successful, full-time magician.
15-year-old Isha Agrawal was painfully shy, virtually non-communicative around others. “Just the thought of standing in front of people was terrifying!” Now, she performs in front of groups of strangers regularly and has made new friendships that will last a lifetime!
From a disadvantaged childhood,13-year-old DaSean Greene was shuffled from one foster home to another. “Magic saved my life. The Junior program gave me hope and identity and opened my eyes to be more than I ever thought possible.”

What We Do

Our foundation is committed to empowering and supporting underserved youth in the performing arts with special emphasis on the variety arts. By raising funds, we ensure these young talents receive crucial support such as performance opportunities, educational and vocational resources, and coaching from experienced mentors. Our goal is to cultivate an environment where their artistic aspirations can flourish, enabling them to develop their skills, creativity, and leadership potential to the fullest. Through dedicated efforts and community involvement, we strive to create pathways for these budding artists to achieve their dreams and contribute meaningfully to the cultural landscape.

The Academy of Magic Arts Junior Society

We are proud to sponsor the AMA Junior Society’s efforts to provide mentoring for gifted and dedicated young magicians between the ages of 13 and 20. Their program connects Junior members to world-class mentorship in magic, entertainment, and business, fostering relationships and helping kids develop greater self-esteem. Through exposure to leading industry professionals and performance workshops, they also offer merit-based scholarships for international performance and study opportunities. Additionally, they create reciprocal educational opportunities with performing arts groups and magic camps, providing a network for meeting and interacting with those of similar interests.
